Other than the 4 big lifts, what are some exercises that some of you consider a must do with your routine?

Lunges, Dumbbell flies, lateral raises, bent rows, and stiff leg deads.
Go hard. Go heavy. Never stop.

Flat bench. May not be the very best for chest but I enjoy it too much not to do it.

if the big 4 you are referencing are squats, deadlifts, bench, and overhead press then my must do are:
-hip hinge movements and its variations
    -loaded carries and its variations
-rows and pullups and their variations
    -facepulls
-trunk work, like anti rotation, anti lateral flexion, anti flexion movements
you can call me "ozzie" for short.
