Whats up guys, im starting this thread due to the fact that I just read an article by, yes, the Ultimate Warrior (my g-damn hero) and it was actually legit as all hell. I do not have the link on hand, but i suggest you all go to the Warriors blog which is called " The Warriors Machete", go to the categories tab and click on the training blog. Then scroll down and read about his thoughts on the infamous theory of "over training". For those of you who happen to be big believers in OT, you might be impressed by his examples. I dont want to start an argument about over training, im just trying to shed some light on the subject and help all you guys out by giving you a good read. Lets here all your thoughts on the article.
