For the past couple of weeks I've noticed a dramatic strength loss my bench has went from doing 315 10 times to 2 times on a bad day whats going on
Rest? Focus? Haven't eaten in 4 days?
Need more info to give you possible answers.
You've got to back track and see what's led up to this event. That will happen to me if my blood sugar is low from low calories or improper rest.
