I'm gonna try a program with just the basics like I used to do in high school
exercises
Bench press
Deadlift
Squat
Pull ups
Dips
High pulls
cleans
push and presses
Romanian deadlifts
but I'm having a little trouble on the split, so opinions would be appreciated
i'm thinking

Day 1
Bench press
dips
pullups
hanging knee raises(should I do deads here or would that be overkill)

Day 3
squats
romanian deads
donkey calf
squat jumps
strength shoe training everyother week

Day 5
Push press
high pulls
cleans
snatches

I'm ROTC too so tuesday and thursday will be pt, 8 milers, pushups, situps

10 milers with ruck and bdu on sat and sunday,
