Is this a useful exercise. I don't know whether or not to incorporate it into my ab workouts.
when performed correctly with good concentrated form wheels are a great exercise for abs, upper and lower.
You have to exercise Abs? I just hook up the electrode belt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and drink beer
I love/hate that stupid ab wheel.
It's awesome for core strength imo.

You can do the same rollout on an exercise ball. Put the ball out in front of you with your arms bent and hands pressed together. Center your hands on the top of the ball with your knees about one foot behind the ball. Now just roll out. I tried 3 sets of 50 and felt it 3 days later.
