Workout Plan Needed

  1. Workout Plan Needed

    Hi Friends,

    I just started going to gym forst last 4 weeks and my first goal was to just make myself little regular in it.

    Now I need some help in some basic to intermediate work out plan that I can follow for 5 or six days a week.

    I am

    Height 5 ft 7 in

    weight 205 lbs

    Goal = lose weight and gain some muscle defination

  2. Little more

    Also if you guys can also help me in some diet plan it will be eve better
