I have been using this supplement for a week or so in efforts to improve my sleep. While this has been successful, I am most impressed with how potent just one pill really is. Crazy powerful...and seems to possibly do its job a little too well at times. After taking a dose at night before bed, I find myself more likely to stay in bed the next day...periodically napping. Obviously that is not particularly my goal. Possibly it had to do with other factors such as being extremely exhausted from work lately. I will have to give it more time to accurately assess that. That being said...it is always nice to discover a truly effective product and for that...I give this supplement a great deal of respect..
