Hey dsade and all,
I was just hoping to get an idea on how to properly use a stack that my friend just bought in order to maximize results from it. He weighs 239 at 5'10" so he's fairly overweight yet he doesn't look it. He certainly has a lot of muscle underneath but is looking to eventually get down to about 200. He has a 40' waist so I recommended some products to him to target VAT and well as overall fat. He purchased one of each: AMMO, Absolutely Abliderated, Epitome, and DCP. How should he go about using these products like month to month? He will be training hard with plenty of lifting and cardio and will be eating well following a fairly low carb diet.
