I was thinking applying this just before bed would be best, but then I noticed another thread that talks about first thing in the morning or even mid day.

Is there a best or recommended time to apply it?

Thanks for that.

Have you noticed it actually WORKS better in the morning after a shower? Or, is it just a preference?

So, we have higher levels of cortisol in the morning. I'll go look at the write up again, but if you want to give me a shortcut, how does Abliderate interact with that higher level of cortisol?

EDIT: I can't find a write up on Abliderate Advanced.

The Abliderate Advanced/absolutely Abliderated as a localized formula, interacts with the 11b-HSD enzyme. It prevents the conversion of cortisone to cortisol only in the adipose tissue where you apply it.

It enables the body to very quickly burn VAT in the area applied and shrinks your waist dramatically.

So, the reason for applying it in the morning is because there's a higher level of cortizone so we want Abliderate to do its magic to keep it from converting to cortisol?

Also, the instructions say to apply to "core".

What does that cover, exactly?

I'm thinking just above the waist up to just below the pecks. Am I right?

Waist all the way up to the pecs, and all the way around to the kidney area.

Just under the pecs.

Once you hit the pecs, estrogenic fat deposits are more of an issue.

Would the abliderate base work for estrogenic fat deposit reduction if a suitable aromatase inhibitor were added?

Aromatase works more systemically. The ideal ingredient would be some kind of SERM and/or something highly androgenic. I can't remember the prohormone I used to use back in the day, but it wiped out chest fat in a matter of days.

I always have my eyes out for something herbal to replace it, as my chest is highly estrogen sensitive, but so far coming up empty. Someday.

3-A Androstenediol was the highly androgenic PH I used on my chest. Incredible results.

AA or Ammo would you recommend most for cortisol control?

This is if you want to combine them.
Still confused. My stack includes both Ammo and AA. What's the dosing recommendation? I've been taking AMMO morning and night and just started adding AA in the morning.

Are you saying I should only do AMMO at night if I'm doing AA in the morning?

If you notice symptoms of excessive cortisol suppression, then you would want to adjust.

So, you're saying I should keep doing both in the morning and only stop the AMMO if I notice symptoms?

What would those symptoms look/feel like?
