Man, I really wonder if I even need to stress about diet. I got those three and epitome, ammo and BRITE plus AA and Eviscerate. Plus r-ala and Forskolin. Oh and EC. What else can I take?

A diet bro. Thats excessive. Each of those products are effective with a good regimen.
