I'm considering logging my run. I'm on a constant recomp and keep most of my supplements and diet the same all year round. BRITE will be my only addition so any increased leaning out or fat loss effects will be from BRITE and be pretty conclusive that it works (or not). Obviously with unique pathways that BRITE utilizes it'll be a sunstantially slow and long running log.
