I can afford ONE supplement so here are the variables and stats for analysis.
I'm a low carber, 10-11% body fat (from 20 years of relatively disciplined low carb dieting and NOT genetics), I'm in my 40's, on TRT and already take my pre-w/o stims and that's all the stim use I will use.
In years past, the most effective fat loss nutraceuticals were: the OG PES AlphaT2 worked well for me as did the OG Driven Sports Lean xtreme.
The subsequent generation products they put out do little to nothing for me.
I already get in plenty of healthy fats (mono's and omega 3's). I eat cleanly. My low carb eating regimen consists mainly of fish and greens and mono's (so not sure a PPAR-type product will yield additional results given my diet of healthy fats).
My metabolism is a bit "slower" and a normal day for me and based on 4 equal meals is:
225-250 protein
25-50 carbs
150 fats
I do a 14 hour fast daily (7pm to 9am).
I train 5 days/week and do cardio 3-4x/week.
Name your best product "for ME" based on the aforementioned.
Thanks
