Strafe before or during a fasted workout

I train fasted in the morning and was wondering if it would be beneficial to add .5 or 1 scoop to the 10g of BCAA I take preworkout? Also taking Myo Elite and BMP so I'm getting a good dose of HICA pre as well.

I would go immediately post-workout, if it were me (based on the logs and anecdotal evidence we saw in some of the mega-dosing).

While the Strafe is unmatched in its ability to trigger mTOR and subseequent protein synthesis, if you don't have an elevated pool of essential amino acids in your bloodstream, it's not going to do much of anything.
I would wait until after the workout to combine it with your post workout shake, then meal.

I would add to what Matt said by recommending products that include all EAAs such Intra-MD (both versions) and RPG IBCAA. Most other formulas on the market don't include tryptophan but for protein synthesis to occur all EAAs are to be present.
