Now that I've got all the supplements I've ordered in hand, this is how I plan to run them together. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Also, dsade if you want to chime in since you know you supps best, that'd be great. I also take GutHealth, Sleephoria, Slintensity, and Defuse (when needed) but didn't include them here.
Mon-Wed-Fri:
7am - 2ml Brite, 2 BMP, 1 Epitome
10am - 8 MyoElite, 2 BMP
1030am - 3 DCP
11am - Strength Workout 5/3/1 with accesory and mobility work
1pm - 2ml Brite
430pm - 6 CardioTryx, 1 Epitome
5pm - 3 DCP
530pm - Crossfit or Cardio (HIIT, sprints, or biking)
7pm - 2 ml Brite
10pm - 1 scoop Strafe, 1 DCP
Tues-Thurs:
7am - 2ml Brite, 2 BMP, 1 Epitome, 2 DCP
1230pm - 2ml Brite, 1 Epitome, 2 DCP
