Tweak me supp schedule, please

Now that I've got all the supplements I've ordered in hand, this is how I plan to run them together. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Also, dsade if you want to chime in since you know you supps best, that'd be great. I also take GutHealth, Sleephoria, Slintensity, and Defuse (when needed) but didn't include them here.

Mon-Wed-Fri:
7am - 2ml Brite, 2 BMP, 1 Epitome
10am - 8 MyoElite, 2 BMP
1030am - 3 DCP
11am - Strength Workout 5/3/1 with accesory and mobility work
1pm - 2ml Brite
430pm - 6 CardioTryx, 1 Epitome
5pm - 3 DCP
530pm - Crossfit or Cardio (HIIT, sprints, or biking)
7pm - 2 ml Brite
10pm - 1 scoop Strafe, 1 DCP

Tues-Thurs:
7am - 2ml Brite, 2 BMP, 1 Epitome, 2 DCP
1230pm - 2ml Brite, 1 Epitome, 2 DCP
430pm - 8 MyoElite, 2 BMP
5pm - 2 DCP
530pm - Crossfit
7pm - 2ml Brite
10pm - 1 scoop Strafe, 1 DCP

Sat:
7am - 2ml Brite, 2 BMP, 1 Epitome
11am - 8 MyoElite, 2 BMP, 3 DCP
1130am - Crossfit
1230pm - Strength Workout 5/3/1 with accesory and mobility work
130pm - 2ml Brite
6pm - 2 DCP, 2ml Brite, 1 Eptiome
7pm - 2 ml Brite
10pm - 1 scoop Strafe, 1 DCP

Sunday looks similar to Tues/Thurs except no workout. Thanks again for looking, all feedback is welcomed.

Don't even worry about this, just rest up and get well.

I mix 30g BCAAs in 64oz water and start to drink ~20 min before first workout. Then I eat my first large meal around 12:30-1, soso meal again at 4, a large dinner 7:30-8:30, and a protein shake before bed w/ strafe. Try to keep my carbs (excluding vegetables) to post crossfit only.

On your Mon Wed Fri, I would move your BMP doses. First one at 10 and the second in the evening or pre crossfit. Saturdays second moved to the evening as well

Appreciate the input, I'll give that a try, spacing it out more in the day.
