I took my first dose today around 5 and really had a hard time controlling my food intake at dinner. It could be placebo as I'm not sure how fast this works, but hopefully when it really kicks in it effects me like Dsade...No hunger at all.

I think that's the process for most - hunger at first then it levels out great. It's a huge tool for me

Depending on how potent an AMPk activator we are talking, and what dose, it's probably wise to separate dosage.

SO something like Epitome, with its VERY hard AMPk hit, you would not take with Forskolin, but something like DCP with a milder hit you should be ok

I was about to pick up some forskolin to assist in my layoff/injury recovery for the next few weeks/months, but after reading this, I'll wait for more info.

  4. Idk I take
Forskolin year round and take epitome with it

  5. That's sucks because I was about to stack oxymax xt with epitome. Oxymax xt has forskolin in it.

there are obviously dissenting opinions....luckily enough you can pick up Forskolin cheap enough to do you own experiments. You can also separate dosage by 1-2 hours and be fine.

I take OxyMax XT and I have ran numerous bottles of Epitome. I take OxyMax XT at 730 AM and Epitome at 11 and 3. I think spacing them a few hours apart is plenty.

Both just came in the mail, so I am going to start tomorrow. When do you take our second dose of oxymax xt. I like the idea of taking it at 7:00 and maybe another around 5 and epitome at 11 and 3. What do you think. I also have epic shr3d.

5 is decent, as long as it doesn't affect your sleep. Others just take both AM once you have tried 1 cap for a few days. I'm stim sensitive, so I keep mine spread out.

I believe some people had headache issues. The consensus was to increase water intake if I recall.

That sounds vaguely familiar to me, too.

That said, I've not had problems with this (unless I did so far back and can't even remember it LOL).

Ya know, I have bad tension headaches (like ones that put my eyes closed and force me to lay down until it relaxes). I am in no way of claiming it is Epitome that is the issue, I wouldnt have no way of knowing if its Epitome specifically considering it's not the only supplement I am taking right now. However, my bottle of epitome is gone tomorrow (last 2 pills), so I am curious to see if my tension headaches lessen.

I do sit at a computer all day for work, with admittedly not great posture. Pretty damn sure this is more-so my issue haha.

Edit: I'll also admit I am not great at consuming large quantities of water, so if needing to consume even more water while on it is needed, yep that isn't me lol.

I've been on Epitome pretty much non-stop since it was released and if this ever happened to me, it definitely would have only been at the beginning. That said, I don't recall it, but it's also been years so I'm not going to definitively try to say no. I work a desk job and have only really had a few severe headaches/migraines ever, so definitely nothing consistent at all for me.

Yep, I highly doubt its to do with Epitiome. I just thought I would put it out there since the question was asked. I am always dealing with cranial shifts and all sorts of neck up issues lol. My brother is a neuromuscular-skeletal med doc and finds it amazing and worrisome every time he works on my head lol.

Good connection to have in the family!

Definitely update after your bottle runs out; would be very interested to know if it subsides after or how it plays out.

Either way, I hope it get sorted for ya because the few times I've had those, I wanted to throw up and it was miserable. I don't know how people who have migraines on a regular basis can handle it.

Some of the worst words I ever heard from a doctor were "you will most likely live with this for the rest of your life". I am making it my mission not to. Not only does it affect my day to day living from time to time, but it effects some of the people around me just because I am useless or half-assed when it happens.

I'll be sure to update! Even though once Epitome comes back in stock, i'll prob want to hop back on haha

  18. I only started epitome on Saturday and the pain in my head (above right eye) started yesterday. I'd been running bmp and alphaburn prior to this and drinking 3-4L water per day.
I'm not pointing the finger at epitome, but seems a bit of a coincidence.
I'll give it another day or two and up my water...

  19. Would epitome effect ghrelin and/or Hgh levels?

  20. I believe I read that there is a negative interaction between Epitome and Glucosamine. Is this true? If so, is Glucoasmine a no go, or can it be dosed strategically around Epitome?

If you are sub 10% bodyfat, then you can incorporate Glucosamine. If over 20%, GLucosamine will be counter-productive to lowering your Leptin levels back within normal range and screw with your leptin sensitivity.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm currently in the middle-zone of 15% body fat. Where does that leave me?

Honestly, that leaves you with Epitome not being the ideal choice for fat loss. You're within normal bodyfat levels, which is a strong indicator that your leptin system is likely also normal.
