Lol, it's OK. I chose not to use the clen. Solo, the DU was decent. I saw a little drying out around the abs.

Lol, yes, but that was self inflicted by the beers. I went to the gym every morning, but drank some cold beers on the hot beach. I didn't notice the rebound until the following week though.
