Training:
I train 5-6 days a week during weeks off and 2 days during work weeks since I work 7on/7off, 12 hour shifts. Cardio all day at work since I roam the site and during off weeks perform sprint training 2 days a week! Looking to get those stubborn areas: lower chest, lower back, lower belly.
I would love to run this product to finish off my recomp.
