    I thought the AA would be most effective over Lowe back kidney area then the smolder on mid section.

    Atleast that's how I thought the AA would work. Along with the fact smolder can inhibit some cortisol as well.

    Yeah, I phrased that part poorly. Apply AA over the kidney area to suppress 11b-HSD.

    My workouts are strange tho lol back and shoulders 2 x a week quads once a week. Hams glutes and deads another time. Chest once. Maybe 2x a week lol
