YES! finally something I can take before training (boxing/mma) and lose some damn fat. Anything in it to keep cardio from being overly catabolic? I tend to train 2-3 hours it's too damn hard to stay aesthetic.

Can tell u id be a perfect tester for this type of product. I'm a horrible mix between and endo and skinny fat ecto.. Too much cRdio and I'll deflate to a pile of mush. Not enough and I'll inflate to a beast covered with too much bf to tell!
