Hey fellow AMers,

I would formally like to introduce myself as many of you may know me.

Name is Chris.
I have been very fortunate to be able to join up with EBF and help out and do my very best to instill my knowledge and promote a good relationship with you all and help out as much as I can.

Being a runner, turned Iron man, I love the weights now, and always seek to change my body for the better. I will always endeavor to help others and educate them on health, training and supplementation.
