    Craze

Hey guys, I was thinking about trying craze and I have just one question.

On the label it says creatine monohydrate was in the 5g blend, I was wondering if this could counter act the SKW German creatine that I am thinking about taking. Or is it just wise to just take craze only since its basically an all in one supp?

You could take the creatine with it, but it'll most likely be a waste. If you were taking one scoop of craze, you could take some creatine afterwards as I'm certain there isn't the recommended dose of 5g of creatine in 1 scoop of craze (after all, it is a 5g blend). More than 1 scoop of craze though, I'm sure you'll be getting plenty of creatine (hell you might be getting plenty with one dose, idk the exact numbers).

This is all just personal opinion though so take it with a grain of salt. If I'm flat out wrong, someone please tell me as I don't want to be a complete fool

edit: forgot to say. CRAZE rocks.

No problem. Unless I'm completely reading this wrong though, german creatine is creapure, and creapure is creatine mono. So just to let you know, there isn't a difference.

Great response. Consistent use will help you reach creatine saturation point also.

When I'm worried about water retention I switch to distilled water but make sure I get my electrolytes.

Funny stuff...no. Its just purified water. Takes natural minerals out so it leaves the body better. It'll say on the label. Can get it anywhere. I do it anytime I cut weight.
I use craze now and my hydration, according to my scale, is the same as when I use kre alkaline.

I just started using it but I like it. I switch between craze and novem every other workout and the craze seems to motivate me more. That could just be the stim dose though.
I have a high tolerance to stims so I usually take highest recommended dosage, but I'm only having to take one serving of the craze.
