AX, TZ dosing for late night workouts

    AX, TZ dosing for late night workouts


    I work evenings and usually get off around 9pm, I usually make it to the gym between 930 and 10pm.

    My question. Is there an optimal time to dose AX and TZ to better fit my later workouts? I have a feeling that timing shouldn't really matter, but I just wanted to make sure.

    I was planning on doing 2 caps AX, 2 caps TZ upon waking followed by 2 caps AX, 1 cap TZ at 5pm.

    You can Just keep the dosing it the way you have set up there. That will work perfect. You want to keep the doses within about a 10-12 hour time frame.
