triazole bottle says to take 4 caps a day but not to exceed 6 caps a day. what is the dosage that is causing huge test increases I have been reading about? is it safe to take 6 caps?

Start with 4 caps/day and assess from there, but given that you are pretty sizeable you may want to bump up to 6!

All of our testers but one were using 4 caps. One guy was using 5 but he is normally a non-responder.

i thought it was 3-4caps a day so me being right of pct and 220lbs i would be wy better of at 4caps?

I would stick with 4. I was 230 when I was using it and had great results..
