| Board Sponsor Board Sponsor | Very few have experience hairloss with Act-X. Shouldn't be a problem with gyno, unless you have pre-existing gyno and are very sensitive to hormonal changes. As far as stacking goes, I think it stacks well with AI's like 6-oxo/NovedexXT. Another good stack would be with Lean Xtreme or Stoked. | Registered User | I recommend stacking it with Lean Extreme as well, I had great results from running it. For me, I dosed 2x2 for the AA and 1x2 for the LE. I opted for slow gains, could have upped the dose to 2x3 AA and 1x3 LE. Took a little over 2 weeks before it kicked in, but man, was it worth it. The effects lasted almost a full 2 weeks after ceasing, and I kept all my gains. |

| Registered User | Sorry, was down for a day, broke some toes when sparring, on both feet, lol. Like I said, I noticed it took a little over 2 weeks for the effects to manifest, but it was so well worth it!! I was going to log it afterwards, but I now am just going to put up a thread for people to ask me questions, since no matter how thorough you make a log, there are always questions, which is cool. The main thing I would have to say was endurance/recovery. For one week, I would do HIT training, 2 days on, 2off, then next week I would just do straight sets, with a volume of around 15-18 sets. Both times I would do a body part only once per week. Something like this:chest, back, off, off, shoulders, arms, for HIT, then chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms for straight sets week. I performed 3 mins. cardio between my HIT sets, so that's 9 mins. then 10 mins HIIT at the end. For straight set weeks, I would do 3 mins. cardio every 3-4 sets, then 10 mins. at the end. Not mentioning abs stuff here. A typical HIT workout for me on chest was: Incline Barbell Bench Press, 55 degrees, 6 reps, followed by 2x3 reps rest/pause 10-15 secs, drop about 15-20% weight, 6 more reps followed by 3x3 rest/pause 15-20 secs, drop about 20-25% weight, 6 more reps followed by 4x3 rest/pause 15-20 secs, then rack it all again, and get spotted for several forced reps. WHEW!! Cardio time for 3 mins, then Incline Dumbell presses, I started with 6 reps, dropping the weight until I ran out of dumbells, haha. Go gulp some fluids, shoot the crap with some people, then lather, rinse, repeat, so 3 times total. Each time though I had to go down some in weights, as I was getting pooped, then cardio again. Last, was drop sets of Incline cable flyes, man, I really love these compared to Dumbell ones, I feel them really well. 3 sets here as well. For straight sets week, it was pretty much 3-4 sets of bread and butter moves, then cardio, then back at the weights. After the second week, I noticed my endurance/recovery was significantly better, as well as my appetite coming on. my main goal was to up my Incline and shoulders, which I did easily. I wound up adding 20lbs to my incline for 6 reps, and nearly 25 lbs to my shoulder press. The thing that really made me laugh was I was expecting to lose motivation/strength/endurance after quiting the stack, but it gradually tapered off after being off it starting after almost the 2nd week, but it makes sense. I gained LBM, vascularity, about 5lbs and some size here and there. As of today, I have managed to keep it all, although it is noticeably harder to move the same amount of weight that I did while on it. I only did a 1 month run of it, but couldn't be more happier, it actually did everything they said it would. Would DEFINITELY do it again, any questions lemme know. |

| Registered User | Hey man, run it for the 4 weeks, trust me. 1 bottle of each will last that long at the dose I took ( and they recommend). I would do a search on it as well, pretty much kicks in after 2 weeks for the most part, then everything launches from there. I was taking in around 2300 calories per day for the 1st 2 weeks, but then I bumped my carbs and calories up to around 2800-3000 and everything really took off. I don't really eat a ton of carbs to begin with, and I tend to cycle them, but for the last 2 weeks I was on the stack, my appetite really kicked up and I ate and I ate and I ate. Tried to be clean, and was for all but 3 days total. Breakfast was usually 6 egg white, 1 yolk mixed with some spinach, tomato and feta cheese, South Beach yogurt (Amaretto Cheesecake YUM!!) and some raw quick cook oats, about a cup or some Kaishi bars. Carbs where tapered as the day went along, with about 17 grams pre and post workout, in the form of Waxy Maize. Fats came from the egg yolks, Almonds, CLA, fish oil, and olive oil. Ate as much greens as my colon could handle, ate mostly red meat too. So any questions, let me know, but would highly recommend running it for at least 4 weeks, since most results don't manifest 'til after the 2nd week. Take care!! |
