Weight: 171 (the July 4th weekend was all about eating)
Waist: 35.5 inches at Belly Button (would like to drop this at least a 1/2 inch over the next 16 days)

*For those of you have followed my other logs, this will not contain any pics of before and after (it will be just pure numbers). With that being said, my weight and waist (measurements) are the key to my success in running this product. Since it’s such a short run at a higher dose, I’m hoping to lose at least 5 lbs and about ½ inch off my waist. Which I think can be reached with proper diet and supplementing with Adrenalean.

Workouts will consist of carido (running & mountain biking 4 times a week). Weight training will always be in the mix at 4-5 times a week.

    Day 4

    Breakfast – 6:45
    ½ cup oats
    3 egg whites
    1 cup of skim milk
    or
    Protein, Waxy-Maize & Glut

    8:00 - Adrenalean

    Mid Morning Snack – 9:30
    Protein Bar

    Lunch – 12:00
    Chicken or Tuna
    Veggie
    ½ of a ¼ cup of Almonds

    2:30 - Adrenalean

    Mid-Day Snack - 3:00
    ½ of a ¼ cup of Almonds
    1 cup of skim milk

    Dinner – 5:30
    Chicken or Fish
    Veggie

    Pre-Workout – 8:30
    Protein, Glut, Kre-Alk & BCAA

    Workout – 9:00

    Post-Workout - 10:00
    Protein, Waxy-Maize, Glut, Kre-Alk & BCAA

    Before Bed –11:00
    1 cup of Cottage Cheese

    Totals:
    Cals: 1630
    Pro: 193
    Carb: 109
    Fats: 44

First dose at 4, I was feeling pretty good. Haven’t had those “stim” feelings in a long time. No jitters, but that “I have energy” feeling”. Previous, on 3 a day.... I did notice the lack or desire to just eat for the hell of it! I’ve found myself having to remember to eat to fuel my workouts, but besides that Adrenalean is working much better at 4x2 a day.

Can’t wait to see the result on 7/17/08.

5 caps at once and I cant sit still for more then 30 minutes. Its not a jittery thing but more of a need to me doing something productive thing.

For the sake of my curiosity can someone take 2 caps and then 30-40 minutes later take another 2 caps and let me know if it feels different then 4 at once.

    Day 10

Ok, I did the 2 then 2... 40 minutes later...

    8:00 am then 8:40

    Next dose.. 3:00 then 3:40

To be honest... I think I could have got away with just a liquid diet today. Had little to no desire to eat, but still felt great!

Ive been doing the same thing to finally get my fat ass to stay on a diet. Im only having 1 solid meal a day, dinner and Ive been fine it. 2 caps, 30minutes later and then 2 caps is too much for me. Normally I just use 3 caps a day but Ive been playing around with the dose followed by another 30minutes later.

Made the mistake of having two huge dinners the past two nights. Stomach pains....

Nothing to do with Adrenalean, just... I guess the app really hasn't been there and for some crazy reason... I went a little overboard.

Other than that, even my mother-in-law commented about the weight change. I actually haven't took a measurement, but it must be noticable.

A lot of times as metabolism is increase (with adrenalean) appetite can also increase. Its one of your bodies ways to try to stop you from losing too much fat. Happens all the time when using T3.

Ok, coming up on the last couple days of this awesome run of Adrenalean. Today, I seriously had to force myself to eat. Ran them 2, then about 45 minutes later 2 more (9:00 & 9:45am).

Same pattern for second dose, but at 4:00 - 4:45pm. Can't wait to see the measurments. I know I've leaned out a lot. The wife has her 15 year high school reunion in September and she asked...."um, do you plan on bulking again anytime soon?"

All I could do is laugh... and say, "it's about dropping the fat and creating a solid foundation....lmao!"

Did I mention that I already have another bottle (plus the kickass tank (ordered from NP)!! Won't run this till or maybe even save it for next summer.

Final write-up/review in a few days!!

Today was my last day. I'd like to give it a few days to see how I respond to being off Adrenalean. That being, what I've expereinced the past 3 weeks to adjusting to that "feeling hungry" that may come in the next day or so...

Either way, it will be a great review on the product. Wasn't hungry all day!

Like stated in my first post, this isn’t a typical log for me. Since it was such a short run, I wanted to keep it simple and focus on the product – Adrenalean.

This was a 16-day journey to see how changing the recommended dosage would affect my overall appetite, weight management, well-being, and pretty much everything in between.

Just a quick recap of the diet and dosage:
    Food intake
    Cals - 1630
    Pro - 193
    Carb - 109
    Fat - 44
    H2O - 1 gallon if not more

    Dosage
    4 days at 3 x 2 a day
12 days at 4 x 2 a day (the last week was 2, then 40 minutes later the other two)

Appetite- I have to say that this was one of the most noticeable changes. If I didn’t watch the clock, I could have seriously went all day without eating. Even with my Cals so low for someone my size (5’10” and fairly active), there was never any hunger pains or that passion to just each when I was watching TV. Felt great even though I wasn’t pounding food 24x7. Appetite suppression was amazing. Let me tell you, I’ve been off of it for about 4 days now and wish I could start my other bottle!! Let’s just say, I was on the road this weekend and had 2 cheeseburgers and a milkshake. Felt horrible after eating it!!! Funny thing is, didn’t even have those cravings during this run of Adrenalean.

Weight Manager – All I can say is WOW! Love handles are almost gone (depends on if I look at them in the am or pm (lol). Either way, for the first time in years...family members are taken notice that I’ve lost weight. Of course with losing weight there’s that “I lost some muscle mass” or what I like to call “fat that was hiding all my hard damn work”. Other than the wife missing the more bulker Bigboy12. I’m very pleased with what has happened in the past 2.5 weeks.

Well Being – felt great the whole time even when I went up to 4 x 2 a day. As for the stim effect, didn’t really get that from Adrenalean, but that could also be cause I have about 2-3 cups a coffee a day. So, I was pretty leveled off with just the caps and no coffee for 3 weeks.

Overall 9.5/10 - I would have to say this was a short and awesome run of one hell of a product. I’m not really big into taken fat burners or stim’s of that nature, but this was awesome. As stated in a previous post, I already purchased a bottle for next summer (or maybe before the Arnold). Wondering why I didn’t give it a 10/10? Well, it really has to tickle my willie to get a 10/10. To be honest, nothing in life is perfect and if I was to give it a 10/10 no one would believe the remarkable results. I suggest getting a bottle and giving it a run. You’ll love the feeling you have knowing that all your hard work will be coming the surface!! Follow a clean diet and take Adrenalean as described in this log and you’ll have amazing results!!

I know your reading this and wondering what the hell are the numbers...???...

Current weight (morning of day 17) - 165 (lost 6lbs in 16 days!!) That's kickASS!

Waist - 35 at belly button (.5 aka 1/2 inch) That's just damn Awesome!

    Thanks again Matt!!

*Please note, that I’m not a rep or associated with DS Supplements (they can feel free to make me if desired), I’m just a man that’s blessed with the ability to give amazing products an honest test.*

Quick update a week or so after Adrenalean:

Wow, do I find it extremely hard to fit back eating everything insight.

Adrenalean was key in my success of cutting those needed pounds!

    Thanks again!

Just read through the entire log......just wanted to offer my feedback and say that Ive had a similiar experience with Adrenalean- It is prob. my favorite supplement right now. I just plain feel good on this stim. There is no crash, and the appetite suppresion is awesome at higher doses. It *****s venom in terms of app. suppresion but does not give off the racing heartbeat and overstimed side effects. Great product.
