| Rep for BB12 Pimp Yo'self | Weight: 171 (the July 4th weekend was all about eating) Waist: 35.5 inches at Belly Button (would like to drop this at least a 1/2 inch over the next 16 days) *For those of you have followed my other logs, this will not contain any pics of before and after (it will be just pure numbers). With that being said, my weight and waist (measurements) are the key to my success in running this product. Since it’s such a short run at a higher dose, I’m hoping to lose at least 5 lbs and about ½ inch off my waist. Which I think can be reached with proper diet and supplementing with Adrenalean. Workouts will consist of carido (running & mountain biking 4 times a week). Weight training will always be in the mix at 4-5 times a week. Day 4 Breakfast – 6:45 ½ cup oats 3 egg whites 1 cup of skim milk or Protein, Waxy-Maize & Glut 8:00 - Adrenalean Mid Morning Snack – 9:30 Protein Bar Lunch – 12:00 Chicken or Tuna Veggie ½ of a ¼ cup of Almonds 2:30 - Adrenalean Mid-Day Snack - 3:00 ½ of a ¼ cup of Almonds 1 cup of skim milk Dinner – 5:30 Chicken or Fish Veggie Pre-Workout – 8:30 Protein, Glut, Kre-Alk & BCAA Workout – 9:00 Post-Workout - 10:00 Protein, Waxy-Maize, Glut, Kre-Alk & BCAA Before Bed –11:00 1 cup of Cottage Cheese Totals: Cals: 1630 Pro: 193 Carb: 109 Fats: 44 First dose at 4, I was feeling pretty good. Haven’t had those “stim” feelings in a long time. No jitters, but that “I have energy” feeling”. Previous, on 3 a day.... I did notice the lack or desire to just eat for the hell of it! I’ve found myself having to remember to eat to fuel my workouts, but besides that Adrenalean is working much better at 4x2 a day. Can’t wait to see the result on 7/17/08. | Rep for BB12 Pimp Yo'self | Day 5 Trying to keep it lean! Well.. diet has been perfect! Had shirt off tonight and the wife said, "what the hell happened to your love handles?" Got to love that! As for the 8 caps a day... body is adjusting very nice and pretty much have to keep an eye on the clock to remember to eat............. Not a bad thing, ... | Super Lab Rat Board Sponsor | 5 caps at once and I cant sit still for more then 30 minutes. Its not a jittery thing but more of a need to me doing something productive thing. I think I could have got away with just a liquid diet today. Had little to no desire to eat, but still felt great!
