Basic Cuts Question

Ive been using this for a while, one cap pre-workout, thats it. Been going on 3 months straight. Any reason why I cant continue this without a break (or at least a short break)?

A short break would be fine (even though you probably don't need it). One cap isn't much, especially if you are just using it on workout days.

Well it was a 2 day break. LOL.

I take it every day, on non-training days it has eliminated my need for coffe/mountain dew upon waking.

1 Basic Cuts on an empty stomach upon waking is very nice in my opinion. It rivals some illicit drugs for the feelings of well being it gives. I know its not just the PEA causing this because Ive ran that alone and all it did was make me dizzy as heck.

Great formula, great price (2 for 1 at bb.com) and great product! Nothing basic about it.

I take one cap of Basic Cuts when I wake up as well. In fact, I don't even drink coffee in the morning anymore. I usually take 3 - 4 caps each day. The only time I use more than one is pre-workout: 2 caps of BC with 3g of L-Tyrosine and I'm ready to tear the gym apart. Good ****!

Its definitely some good stuff. Just not "fancy" enough to sell to the masses I suppose.

Yeah, you're right...but for me, its beauty is its simplicity...and the fact that it works...about the only thing I would change if I could is to increase the amount of PEA per cap.

Basic Cuts is a good base product to add things to.

Add Sulbutiamine for a few weeks then drop that and use L-Tyrosine and/or Geranamine or even just wash them down with a Chocamine/Coffee.

I just bought my third bottle. Great idea and great product. Very underated IMO.

I haven't tried adding Sulbutiamine but have used BC with L-Tyrosine and Geranamine. Two Basic Cuts with 50 mg Geranamine gives me crazy energy! On par with the original Ergopharm Amp, if not better.

AMP was my all-time favorite supp and i've still got a bottle which i use 4-5 caps for my Sunday workout. It's my biggest workout so i take my time and have a bit of a chat to as i don't have to rush off to work. AMP seems to bring the "nice guy" out of me.

I've got all the ingredients you mentioned so i'll give your stack a try when i resume with the stims. Currently having a break during the week using Rhodiola Rosea, L-Tyrosine and Green Tea instead. I use Horny Goat Weed as well but that is a staple for me and i sometimes forget to mention it.

Sulbutiamine is good but if i have it 2 days in a row i get BAD headaches. I capped my own so they are around 800mg each. A lower dose would be good with B.C. though.
