Interrupting normal endocrin development. Plus, there is NO need to use a test-booster before 18 unless you actually have very low test levels (which should be conversed about with a doctor before anyone on a message board.)

then change up your routine or throw in some new things to help blast through the plateau.

What's your track routine like? Also, what's your lifting routine like, and how often?

lol while cutting id only be worried about maintaining my strength and if i add well ok but the whole point of cutting is to cut...not add strength. Being on a restricted calorie diet just isnt optimal for strength gains!!

no i havent progressed in about 3 weeks but this only started happeneing when track started! thats the problem...

so i was looking for a supplement too help burn the fat but keep me at the same strength level because if anyone has played high school football theres so much pressure about strength!

i was thinking about animal cuts/M-stak

with protein, beta alanine , multi of course..

o ok i see. well the problem with this is it is relatively hard to maintain strength while cutting, possible but not the easiest thing to do. you already have plenty of supplements for some1 at your age and i do not think really adding anything else will really help. Just maintain your strength and when the cut is over you will easily gain new strength with the caloric surplus
