4x's vs. twice a day

4x's vs. twice a day
When I used original Activate I would take one capsule four times a day spaced out evenly throughout the day. With Activate Xtreme I am to take two capsules twice a day. Why not take AX 1x4 just like the original? And would the answer to this apply to the original also if I was still taking it?

I took 2 caps of the original 3x daily, so it's no different for me on ActivaTe Xtreme taking pretty much the same dose.. If taking 2 at a time of the original works, no need to fix it..

Would it be ok for me to take AX 2caps 3x a day insted of 2 twice a day...im weighing in at 190, wanting to run it for 8 weeks with E-form

You could do this. I personally find the cognitive effects of rhodiola better from a full dose so prefer 2x2 rather than 4x1.
