Hi there, i have an opened bottle of activate with about 25 caps left, it was initially opened about 3 months ago but has remained in my supps cupboard with the lid on since. I opened the bottle the other day and there is a very strong ammonia type smell from the contents, is it still good to go?

Its ok, you can use it no problem. But if you want a replacement and you're based in the US, send it back and we'll ship you out a new one. I think we have one last bottle of original activate in the warehouse (i'm assuming this is the original activate, since activate xtreme hasn't been out for three months yet).

Thanks for your reply Robboe, unfortunately i'm in the UK, but your kind offer is much appreciated, as its ok to use i'll carry on with it, was wondering because i'd been getting a mild headache which seemed to coincide with me taking activate, can't say for absolutely sure though.....

We've had a few reports of low blood sugar while using it, so it may be a good idea to take the caps with food. Other than that, we've had no reports of haedaches, nor can we see any mechanism by which activate would cause a headache.

the mild headaches i had been getting may well have nothing to do with activate, it's just the ammonia smell made me summise the product had 'gone off' and could have something to do with it, having said that i've carried on using the remainder of the bottle for the last two days with no such problem. I will however go with your tip of taking it with food.

p.s can i just say you make some solid products and can't wait to get stuck into lean extreme when my order from nutra arrives, still got two bottles of your original superdrol kicking about somewhere!!
