| The USP Guy Board Sponsor | Replenish Q. Jw guys, I have a tub of this stuff I obtained from a trade. Wondering what the explanation is of mixing the carbs in with the protein. I know you guys know your stuff so I am assuming there is a great reason for it. I have just always believed the best way to be taking in BCAA's/60g or so of Carbs right after a workout then 40g whey directly after. Point being, taking in your carbs and bcaa's giving a little time for digestion and then consuming whey, followed up with a whole food meal... Just wanna hear your rationale for the formulation, mainly for my own peace of mind.
