ActivaTe, Am I In Over My Head?

I'm a 53 year old male, and I am not a body builder per se. I'm 6 feet tall and 185 pounds, and I do weight train and exercise a lot. I have high levels of serum testosterone, normal levels of estradiol, and mid-range levels of free testosterone. I would like my free-T to be in the upper third of the normal range, for overall health reasons as I age. Somewhat to increase libido also, and wouldn't mind the body sculpting aspects of it either. Most everyone on this site seems to be much more educated about this stuff than I am. Basically, I just want to keep it simple and increase my free-T. Is Activate the way to go, or is it something you really need to have a handle on if you're going to use it? I was just hoping to use a supplement to increase my free-T. Am I being naive, or do I need to become super-educated about using it. What are the possible drawbacks, and how should I use it?
-Thanks

Yes - Activate should work to increase your free T.

Not sure it will provide huge lean body mass gains though.

Dose it as the bottle says - one cap 4 times per day (I think).

Best of luck.

Edit - possible draw backs are slim to none. Maybe some acne due to higher T levels.

It's a pretty benign way to raise free T but also very effective. It's doubtful you'll have any negative sides and likely to have a few pleasant sides like better sleep, mood, libido and workout performance. Nettle is actually quite good for you in a number of ways..it's an anti-inflammatory.

If you want the best of both, get ActivaTe Extreme.. Boost free test, adaptogenic support, and eliminate estrogens naturally instead of crushing them with an AI..

I start on mine in the morning, I'll dose 4caps daily taking breaks up until showtime..

Thanks for the replies,
I thought Activate Extreme was to also help in boosting serum testosterone(mine is already quite high). Also is it okay to take Activate every day like regular supplements, I thought I've read about users "cycling" it and not using it all the time. Once again, I'm a bit naive about this kind of thing, and I was hoping to use it as an everyday boost to my free testosterone levels. Are there any other effects I should be concerned with(ie:estrogen levels)?

I've just read that ActivaTe shoul be used for 4 to 8 weeks, then cycled off for the same amount of time you used it. What is the danger of using it all the time? That was not explained in the article.

I've just received my shipment of ActivaTe. I am really concerned with why it must be cycled off of. Does anyone know why it would be bad for continuous use?

Mainly due to diminishing returns, you can block SHBG for so long before the body wants to equalize.. Going past the 8wk mark you won't notice much of anything, which is why I take the suggested dose for 4wks, then taper up for 4wks, then back down to 1 cap..

Exactly, then you would only be taking it mainly for its positive health effects.

What positive health effects would there be if the returns are diminished, and you hardly would notice anything.

The point was, since I run it in that way there isn't any chance for diminishing effect.. Nettle extract is prostate protective, and helps with upper-respiratory inflammation(allergies)..
