| Board Supporter | GXR and Melting Point Hello chaps, just got a couple of questions about gxr and MP. MP: do i need to take this on an empty stomach? can i split into just 2 daily doses for convenience? GXR: I am on a pretty low carb diet and planning pretty soon to switch all the way over to a ketogenic diet with a carb refeed meal every three days. I am thinking it would be a good idea to just take one cap before my cardio and one or two before my carb meal. This will make the bottle last a while. Does that sound like a good plan? I am also using activate, rxt and retain. thanks in advance. stavross ![]() |

| Board Supporter | I haven't used MP but I have used a TTA product...when I did I tried taking it 30 minutes prior to eating as well as with food (5-10 minutes before eating) worked either way. The twice a day dosing is perfect with MP from the threads I have read...whether it is 2 x 2, 3 x 3 or 4 x 4. As for GXR, you will want to take it with your meals with net carbs (about 20-30 minutes before) to clear glucose and keep blood sugar levels low (constant). If you are going to do a full keto, I would only use the GXR during your refeeds because once you are in keto, you will not need the GXR...however, while you are trying to get there, it will speed up the process. Hope this helps + I think you will enjoy the effects of GXR - it kicks a$$ and the nutrient partitioning effects, IMO, are very noticeable and consistent throughout your dieting period. |
