| Registered User | Respond Better to NHA Stack After Prolonged Time Off? I dunno how it happened, but I was off the stack for about 3 months. I used to only be off for 1. Got back on about 2 weeks ago and have a noticeable strength/endurance boost, overall hardness, and increased mental intensity/focus. A little acne to deal with, but tolerable. Basically more of everything than when I was off for only 1 month. Now I'm starting to think the optimal schedule for me is 12 weeks on / 12 weeks off. ![]() |

| Handsome and intelligent Board Sponsor | Everything is like this to some extent. From creatine to steroids, results decline with prolonged and continuous use. I am not so sure 12 on 12 off is best, but after a few cycles of 4 on 4 off, i do absoltueyl think an extended break would help immensely. | Barely there... Board Sponsor | Letting enzymes regroup and processes get back in equilibrium helps maintain the effectiveness of anything you take.. ![]() I like taking extended breaks off NHA as well, then full-bore once I start back.. |
