Well the titile says it all. Last time I used the stack I was using Rebound XT, the only difference this time is I am using Rebound Reloaded(2) and Rebound XT(1). I get really hot for long periods of time(several hours). Then I start to cool off but there is no telling how long that will last becasue it seems to vary. Sometimes I'm good for a few hours, sometimes I get hot again after only 5-10 minutes. This used to happen to me a lot when running Nolva for PCT. I just never asked about, so now that its happening again I figure I would ask you guys and see what you think. It doesn't really bother me much, I can deal with it, but is it a problem?. What does it indicate?. Is there anything wrong?

Seriously, your hormones are being manipulated. You are driving down estrogen in an attempt to elevate test. There may be some backlash...

Hahaha. Well I was just worried about health concerns and wonderd if anyone elese experienced something similar?.

About a year ago I did the NHA stack and I also had hot flashes. I think I was takink 3 RXT, 3 LE, and 6 Avate. I thought that this happened due to the low concentration of estrogen in my body or perhaps becaude of the Avate.
Everything went back to normal once I finished the stack.

I started a thread similar to this, RR is giving me sides and hot flashes are one of them. By day 2 I was getting them. I am down to 1 a day. Once I am ok with the sides I will go to 2. I dont like it but it is the price we pay I guess.

I recommend tapering onto AIs with 4 days in between dose raising to allow HPTA to catch up and bring testosterone up so estrogen is not pushed down as far.

XT worked on both sides of the HPTA so lowers estrogen less to acheive testosterone increases, but at doses above 50mgs some people had libido problems.

My personnel dosing plan is 1 XT for 4 days, then add 1 Reloaded for another 4 days and then finally a 2nd XT. The gives me the maximum testosterone without lowering estrogen down as much.

I taper off the same way.

An alternative to lowering AI dose is to add 25 to 50 mgs of DHEA to get the estrogen level up.

I don't know about that. I generally gain fat in areas associated with estrogen(I think). I have some nice man boobies, not gyno, just fat buildup. I have gotten down to around 12% bf before and still have the man boobies!. My bodyfat was recently higher but I am cutting down again...I also gain fat in my gut. I generally don't gain fat in other areas. When I loose fat I loose it in the middle of my torso, right under my boobies. When I cut down the skin is really thin in that area and I can see an ab!. Go a lot lower though and I have a belly!. In the middle near my belly button, it looks distended. It looks like I have a lot of fat in that section just at my belly button, but if I do a caliper test there, I can hardly grab any fat at all. Its hard underneath like something is pushing it out. So I am guessing because of this type of distribution I have high estrogen, but I'm no expert....This week though I have done really well in the fat loss department. I lost 3 pounds with no cardio. I mean to get back into cardio by Tuesday of this coming week though. I have also been taking 12 Man Vaporize a day....Maybe I am hormonal!. I sure am chatty today, like a lady!.

I get the flashes also, it's part of the shift in estrogen to test.. Even on other supps, I'd get the warm sensation when taking letro in conjunction..

I only have 3 Activate caps left and thats for today!. I have more on the way, I thought it would be here by now but I have just one thing that is out of stock on my Nutraplanet order from early April...I wan't to do 8 weeks, should I continue with the Rebound Reloaded till I get my order in?

You don't want to bounce your estrogen levels around so stay on the Rebound Reloaded.

Thanks. I received my order yesterday. Things are going good and it seems the hot flashes have disapeared alltogether.

Your testosterone levels have probably finished coming up which will raise your estrogen levels.

Well I spoke to soon, "jumped the gun"...I am having another hot flash now. I guess the time it happens varries...Oh well, I will just deal with it.

Try 25mgs (50mgs?) of dhea. That should stop the hot flashes. It will raise estrogen.
