| Registered User   | NHA stack before H-50/Orastan or after??? Just wondering what your opinions would be if you were given the choice to do one stack first over the other??? Thanks for the help... |

| Handsome and intelligent Board Sponsor | H-50/Orastan. I am guessing they are PH. If the NHA Stack is part of your post cycle therapy, use it afterwards (obviously). If not, then really, when you use it is your call. I would suggest you give about 4 weeks either side of either cycle to allow your endocrine to regain normality though. | Barely there... Board Sponsor  | Run the NHA after the HD50.. You could run 1 cap RR thru the cycle, but those products are dry to begin with.. |

| Barely there... Board Sponsor | With HD50, get in at least double your protein needs, so if you weigh 200 eat 400g daily.. More protein makes that work, like carbs made PP/SD work.. I'd drop the protein by 50g on the NHA, since it's not synthetic it'll help with nitrogen retention but not as pronounced.. |
