i already got tren xtreme, i also got NHA stack and lean xtreme... how to take those. And should i add glucophase xr or melting point? give some adives pleaseee

wow, my advice would be to let whatever drugs are in your system get out before attempting to learn how to take any new ones you may have bought.

Is your diet in check?
Is your training in check?

If your diet or training is not in check yet, then I advise you to leave the supplements where they are untill you have these things figured out..otherwise no supplement in the world will help you..

If you can answer these questions, members will advise how and when to use the supp's to achieve your goals..and do not worry if your english is not so good
