to the people that are taking Fucoxanthin, how are you dosing it? I know the bottle says to take 1 cap, 3 times a day with food .. but just wondering if anyone's taking more, or on an empty stomach

There is another company with a higher dosed product I plan to try.. The Garden Of Life product is very low-dosed, it'll still work but you'll need to run it for 6-8wks to notice.. The other brand I found has not only more of the xanthin, but the other constituents that have many other health benefits, and help the fucoxanthin work faster.. Here's the other brand, 500mg..

Will LX V2.0 be available anytime within the next few days or weeks? Any details would be highly appreciated as I am torn on whether to wait for this or go ahead with another "fat burner" in the meantime. Looking fwd to your reply!

The wrench in the works is getting real 7-OH. Beware of imitators, because getting good 7-OH is not easy. You would not believe how many samples we have tested and sent back because of poor quality. With any luck, august will see its release.

OK I posted a thread asking IBE, but w/regard to alpha or beta 7-OH, what are the differences in results? You guys went w/alpha they used beta. I am assuming there could be a large difference in their method of action or are they very similar in effects on the body?

Not sure what you're on about Jason? But we don't use one specific isomer, we get a blend of the two.

The only true cortisol controller, excellent for post cycle therapy (PCT)!

7-OH (7-alpha-hydroxy-dehydroepiandrosterone), the active ingredient in Lean Extreme, is a supplement which will help you keep the muscle gains and the fatloss that you earn through the proper and disciplined combination of weight training, nutrition, rest, and cardiovascular exercise. Without the use of 7-OH your progress will be measurably slower than it needs to be.
On their label it specifically said 7-beta. From this I just assumed you used only alpha. Is there any difference b/w the isomers?

Decreases Cortisol Significantly
Strong Immune System Booster
Anti-Inflammatory
IBE is proud to announce the formulation of the strongest anti-cortisol supplement to hit the bodybuilding community in years. We set out to find the best ingredients to reduce cortisol levels better than any supplement to date, while adding other important benefits that are essential in post cycle therapy and non-post cycle therapy situations. X-Lean is a proprietary blend of Androstentriol and 7-beta-hydroxy-DHEA. X-Lean’s synergistic formula packs a 1-2 punch in that it suppresses cortisol through two different pathways. You no longer have to think about the days where you lost pound after pound of muscle while trying to shred the fat or where you lost a large percentage of your muscle gains after your bulking cycle.

Cortisol does have its advantages as an anti-inflammatory and suppressing it too much can, in many cases, cause inflammation that can eventually lead to injury. With X-Lean this is not a problem! X-Lean’s main ingredient also acts an anti-inflammatory at the same time as it is suppressing cortisol. X-Lean isn’t just an anti-inflammatory either.

Our secret ingredient has been found, in clinical studies, to be a very potent anti-viral, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial compound. Much of the research shows how it is gaining interest and respect in the medical community and is being reviewed as a possible treatment for a multitude of diseases! X-Lean works on your immune system by significantly increasing various interleukins from cells, such as T-Cells and macrophages that attack foreign particles, without raising interleukins that cause defenses such as fever.

So if you are looking to lose stubborn cortisol related weight gain, prevent loss of hard-earned muscle, prevent damaging inflammation, or to boost your immune system to a level it has never achieved, get ready for X-Lean!
And then they say...

That was a typo on the original label that wasn't caught.

Not gonna comment on ibe.

Are we there yet? Just looking for an update to see if we can expect LX2 released in August. Thanks!
