| Registered User | Sustain Carbs question I cycle carbs, so when I get some sustain I read that it has 4 carbs and 2 grams of fiber...Where does the fiber come from, what form?...I do not count Insoluble carbs, I count soluble. |

| Board Sponsor Board Sponsor | Inulin is a wonderful little carb that doesn't act like regular carbs. I use SUSTAIN even on my no carb days. |

| Registered User | I just got some Sustain yesterday. I really love the flavor. I just wish it came through stronger. Maybe I'll try it on my carb up with some whole milk!. Its still good though. Great product DS! |
