MP, LX, Glucophase Question and Log

Guys here's my dosage schedule... Please let me know if this works...

Melting Point:
3 every 12 hours- total 6 per day

Glucophase XR:
1 w/ breakfast
1 after training
1 w/ last meal of the day...

Lean Xtreme:
2 waking up
1 four hours after waking
1 right before bed

I'm taking this in conjuction w. a CKD diet, with refeeds once a week. My body weight is 205lbs, height is 6'2'', with around 18% body fat (from winter hibernation). My calorie intake will be around 1800-2000, as my bmr is 2600.

Weight training 3-4x per week
Cardio 4x per week

I will compare this to the "old reliable" ECA stack.

Please let me know though if the dosage/timing works...

Take LX either 4 hrs after first dose or 30 minutes pre-workout. Take GXR about 15-20 minutes before your meal to let it get in the bloodstream. You may want to increase your kcals as well, your BMR may be 2600, but that is not including physical activity.

You can even add an extra cap of GXR to each dose to get into ketosis faster.. I remember the first write up mentioning this, hopefully Sledge will pop in to confirm..

Thanks Rodja... I've been following your advice.

My only real observation for now is that Melting Point really makes me feel much warmer about 10 mins after taking it. Last night I had a tough time sleeping, but not sure if this was due to the supplements as they are non-stims.

It maybe from the MP, but dose it when you wake up and about 8 hours later to avoid sleep issues. Taking magnesium before bed will not only help your sleep, but keep your electrolytes up to avoid cramping.
