So I want to give a slightly higher daily dose of activate (6 a day tops) a shot. Would it be better to take 2 at a time at two of the doses or just take 6 doses? Or does it not make a difference?

I'd say two at a time. I took two right before a blood test and my Free T was ~40 pg/ml. Baseline is ~15 pg/ml. Also, I think someone from DS said that 4 Act/day was the most cost-effective dose. Above that you're getting diminishing returns.

Weight would probably be the final factor if you wanted to increase. I use 6 caps, its plenty for me and I weigh 280.
