Guys I don't have access to a blender after working out and I was wondering if replenished can just be mixed by stirring or does it need a blender or shaker cup?

I know you can use a shaker cup because I just tried it for the first time out of Steve 30minutes ago. Its thin not a thick shake so it should work with a spoon. Steve should know for sure so Ill make sure he finds this.

I use a shakercup, just foams alittle but it goes away when you open it and let it sit.. I drink half, then add more water reshake and drink the rest..

It foams a bit from the whey and extra goodies, and in a shaker it can settle (the oats) so you have to keep shaking every so often. But a shaker is more then adequate, it mixes evenly and consistently, and it tastes damn good (amazingly, given the formula).

i have only used a shaker and it foams but just wait a second and it goes down or, you can be like me and just drink the foam too! lol. I like the stuff, if only i could afford it year round! Get a shaker cup man, everyone should have at least 2 imo.
