Is it safe for me to increase the dosage of MP?

I starting taking MP this week, along with Sesaglow, cAmphibolic, and Restore. I've been taking 4 MP and 2 Sesa, and was wondering if I should bump it up to 6 MP or just leave it alone. I've had no adverse sides as of yet....

Some people have gone up into out of control numbers when it comes to MP and or TTA. How do you feel. How are your muscles doing..

I personally feel that less is more when it comes to TTA because eventually it will catch up to you and then you can reverse your gains ( or losses) because your body is too beat up to wake up in the morning.

EEEEK! I'm MARRIED!!!!!!!lol

I have a pretty good amount of DOMS, but I don't know whether to attribute that to the MP or my new workout routine...I tend to believe the latter. Just started doing the HIT routine for cutting/precomp, and it's kicking my ass a bit.

The regular dosage for MP is 6 caps, but I scaled that back since I was stacking it with Sesa. Perhaps I'll just go another week and see how I feel before bumping it up.

Just a quick question...I started MP 2 weeks ago, and I've been stuck at 206lbs since I started. Should I attribute this to water retention, or does it sound like I need to make cardio/diet adjustments? Diet has been very clean (about 500 calories under maintenance), and I'm doing 5 days of fasted AM cardio for 45 minutes at about 70% MHR.

It's the water retention..

Taking 6 caps can be good for some, bad for others.. Just keep your water intake up and get a good electrolyte supplement to keep the cramps at bay.. 2 weeks ain't gonna give any magic right away..

OK cool, thanks. Just didn't know if I should have started to see my weight begin to drop by now or not. I have not had the first sign of cramps as of yet, although I just bumped up to 6 caps this week...

The water is the reason why your weight hasn't changed, that's to be expected with any TTA product.. Once you're done, the water sheds and voila!
