Ive been told and read too take it with fats. Can I just take it with flaxseed or fish oil?

Generally, you want to take sesamin with atleast 10g of fat. And why is this in the DS forum?

Well, both products contain sesamin. Avant Labs, Scivation, Controlled Labs, and BN all sell their own versions of sesamin. Avant Labs and BN carry a liquid form, from reading reviews of BN's liquid it's just as effective as Avant's while giving you double the quantity for 10$ cheaper. I recommend picking up the liquid form over capsule because capsule just doesn't do the trick, read: absolutely ineffective - look for reviews - there seem to be quite a few non-responders including myself, hence lots of money wasted. Good luck!

It's interesting you said that b/c I noticed the capsules never did jack for me while the avant product made the fat practically disintegrate.
