So, a few weeks ago I ordered 2 bottles or powerfull and one bottle of activate and rebound reloaded. I started by taking the powerfull (worked up to 8 a day) until the first bottle was finished. For almost 2 weeks I have been taking 8 powerfull a day along with 4 activate, and 3 RR.

I was browsing a thread and I read how some kid said that he squeezed his nipple and a clear fluid discharged. So, I figured I'd give mine a squeeze and see what happened. Low and behold, a tiny bit of clear fluid came out of my left nip

I have never had gyno, my nipples are not overly sensitive, there are no lumps, growths, or deposits around/under or near my nipples or breast. But, when I squeezed my left nipple kinda hard, and sometimes the right one too, I can notice like a tiny bit of clear fluid coming out of one of the pores on the tip. It is not enough to leak down, and only does it when I squeeze it. But it was enough to freak me out. I have been periodically doing it since I first noticed it a few days ago, and it seems as if it is starting to lessen, and only does it someimtes now.

I was wondering if somehow it could be from the supps I am on, but I thought AIs were used to combat this?? I would just like some information and help, cuz Ive been pretty worried as to why this is happening. Thanks!!!!

The discharge is from elevated prolactin levels. Have u ever done a ph cycle in the past?

If yours is starting to go away id start on some B6 @ 200mg a day this will help. If it doesnt u may want to look into come Cabergoline like myslef. Im looking at starting that 2day as soon as it comes. I will take .5mg(500mcg) every 3-4 days. It has a half life of 62~74hrs i beleive.

On the PowerFULL part, it can aggrivate pre-existing gyno but it does not cause it.

Yeah bro I read yours. Man it freaked me out. When I woke up today I tried to see if I could squeeze some out, and nothin so far! It was just weird cuz I never had gyno, and never had itchy, sensitive or puffy nips before. Im gonna start the b6 today and go get some.

I read some herbs can cause rises in prolactin, so I was hoping it was from the supps im currently taking since they are all herbs. It may have also been the RR since I reacted to it fairly strongly.

After about a week I started to get slight headaches and was dehydrated, then about another week later I got a nasty head cold and felt achy, and I feel better now but my head is still wicked pressured.

The scary part for me is that I have done 1 cycle of PH, it was 1-AD, a little over a year ago. I bought a bottle when I was 18 and first got really in to lifting. I didn't know any better, but was still a little spooked to take it. I probly got it early 2002. Now I had opened it and taken a few, but ended up stashing it away in my bedroom. So basically it was probly over 3 years old when I finally took it. I didnt know about PCT or anything like that, and when I did take it I dont remeber any side effects or my testes atrophying or anything like that, so it may have not even been working. But besides from that, no other supplementation with PH, I never had gyno, or any symptoms surrounding it, so when some liquid came out of my nip I was freakin out!!!

First things first...Stop squeezing your nipples. If you do have any issues then aggrivating the hell out of it isn't the answer. It's like squeezing a bug bite.

A lot of people(men) can have some fluid coming from their nipple especially if squeezed. If you don't have sore nipples, swelling, irritation, lumps etc then I wouldn't lay too much concern.
