I'm looking for a good nighttime protein to add into my diet and im wondering whats the % of Casein protein in the product compared to the whey

TBH i dont think any company will give you there ratios, to many people always looking for an easy way make copies, without doing the work.

Pure milk protein concentrate (which most of the companies call micellar) is 80% micellar casein and 20% whey.
So at most you will have 80% casein in it. But I would guess it is something like 50% whey 50% casein.
