| Really Really Good Looking  | Sustain Review I was not a tester for this product, nor do I have a vested interest in DS. However I will tell you I was extremely excited to hear about a Casein product with great taste and mixability. I lift now at 6am, and then commute to NYC to work on the train. So getting my normal whey + Cottage Cheese + Bagel is a bit harder to do now a days. So a good Casein shake could really help me out. So on to my thoughts..... Taste: 9/10 I was extremely impressed with the taste of this product. The Chocolate Peanut Butter is just fantastic. I've had the AI whey Chocolate Peanut Butter and I can tell you this is better. AI's is def good but this is a bit better. Mixability: 10/10 I used Skim milk to mix my shake with, which I would think has a propensity to make Casein shake a bit clumpy. Boy was I wrong; this stuff mixes just as good as any WPI I've ever used. I was extremely impressed considering I've used ON's Casein in the past with water and it was like drinking chunks. I mean what more can I say about this product. A great casein product, most likely the best there is. I thoroughly enjoyed Sustain and will be purchasing more. |

| DO WORK! Board Sponsor  | The taste of this stuff is awesome, reminds me of the Reese's cereal my girlfriend gets for me. I also love that I can mix it with a spoon and its not clumpy at all. Its also a solid part of my post workout shake and my bedtime shake. You want advice on how to get bigger and stronger? Do Work!!! Read everything you can on diet and supplementation, read everything you can on various training principals, and then put what you have learned into action! I promise you will have to go back to the drawing board more than once, but experience is the best teacher there is. DO WORK! |

| Really Really Good Looking | Yeah that fact that you can mix it so easily is def one of its selling points. Aside from the gerat taste. Most Casein out there is just awful. |

| Moderator Board Moderator | I recently purchased some Sustain so I will give a brief review. Thus far, I have used 6 serving. Some serving have been all water or half skim milk half water. Taste: Taste is very good. Much more of a peanut butter flavor than a chocolate peanut butter. So if you are after a strong chocolate flavor then you may be a bit disappointed. i would have prefered more chocolate but for my tastes, I was very pleased Mixing: 1 scoop mixes very easily for me in 12-16ounces of fluids. i do my mixing in a shaker and this powder mixes easily without clumps. Texture: No issue with the texture. Easy to drink. Overall, I am pleased with the product and I think most people would be as well. Good product and positive experience thus far for me. size is a fictitious character. Respect yourself and others will respect you. |
