Question NHA before or after PP cycle?

I have my first PP cycle planned for early next month (i.e. 20/20/20/20). I have my post cycle therapy all set and was looking forward to starting.

My question is, would it be more beneficial to do a 4 week NHA (Rebound XT and Activate) cycle before or after (i.e. post-PCT) the PP?

The reason I ask is because I am currently around 14% body fat and weigh 184. I'd like to be as lean as possible following my PP cycle and want to maximize the use of the NHA stack for recomping. Thanks.

no doubt - post cycle. tis better to get your body back to its original, healthy state than it is to run pre-cycle...get my drift?

Okay, sounds good. My original thought was to run Nolva, Restore, and Powerfull in post cycle therapy and follow that up with the NHA stack but it sounds as if the NHA in conjunction with Nolva is the way to go for PCT. Thanks guys.

BPF, do you mean I should continue using the NHA (beyond the 4 week pct) and add PowerFULL to the stack?

Also, forgot to mention I would be using Retain in PCT. I hadn't mentioned it before because I was originally planning on using Restore which has mbaet in it as well.

Works great, especially if you are recomping or cutting. Try it, you'll like it.

Yes, but even as a stand alone it would probably work well. I have a lot energy when on NHA cycle.

More 50mgs of rebound xt can cause libido problems. I currently run 50mgs and 1 rebound reloaded. Some people like 2 or maybe 3 rebound reloadeds.

i decided to delay the cycle a few months. I'm actually on day 3 right now and am stacking the PP with Mega-Zol to minimize bloat and solidify gains. I finally settled on the following dosing protocol:

Days 1-2: PP 10mg Zol 100mg
Days 3-8: PP 20mg Zol 100mg
Days 9-14: PP 20mg Zol 150mg
Days 15-21: PP 20mg Zol 200mg
Days 22-28: PP 30mg Zol 200mg

I am using Anabolic Innovations' Cycle Support as well as 1mg Finasteride/day to minimize risk of hair loss and prostate enlargement due to DHT.

My post cycle therapy looks like this:

Nolva: 40/40/20/20
ATD: 75/75/75/75
Activate: 4 caps each day
AX Retain: 3 caps each day

Immediately following post cycle therapy, i will continue with the NHA stack for four weeks while adding PowerFULL (9 caps/day) and USP Labs' Anabolic Pump (3 caps/day). I will taper the ATD as follows: 50mg in the second last week and 25mg in the final week. Total amount of time on NHA (incl. post cycle therapy) will be 8 weeks.

I will let you know how it goes.

I don't understand. RR is AI which lowers estrogen which then raises testosterone though the HTPA axis.

In structure it's steroidal, but not in the same league as AAS.. Exemestane is a steroidal aromatase inhibitor that's widely used..

I will no longer be in the belief that RR is hormonal...thanks...
