Tinytoad's Rebound Reloaded™ Log

As a starting point, I'm using a modified questionnaire from the Rebound XT Reference thread to guide my log. I'll fill it out as I go, and give a good summary each week.

This is a "living document." I'm going to edit each and every post, as more information becomes available, or if anything needs to be corrected. This will keep the log more condensed.

Rebound Reloaded™ Questionnaire:

1. What was your LBM and total weight before starting Rebound Reloaded™?
194 LBM, 253 total. Okay, I'm at 23% BF. I know that this is not great, but it's a big improvement over what I was 16 months ago: which was 285 lbs, 40% BF+. I'm 6'3" tall.

2. Were you running Rebound Reloaded™ after a cycle, or not? If so, how much weight did you gain on your cycle - lean and fat gains?
I will be running this after a cycle. Pre PCT, I gained 10lbs lean mass, and lost 11 pounds of fat this past cycle. The cycle included Halodrol-50, DS M4OHN, DS 4OHT Cyp, Tr** Ace, and DS Superdrol.

3. Do you seem to need (much) higher or lower doses of supplements than other people? Do you consider yourself a non-responder?
Most of the time, it seems like I need larger doses than most others. Then again, I weigh more than most others.

4. At what dose of Rebound Reloaded™ did you realize the best results?
N/A

5. If applicable, what dose did you notice was too high, whether too many side-effects or just diminished returns?
N/A

6. If applicable, what dose did you feel was insufficient to see results?
N/A

7. Apart from its intended effects on muscle mass, what were the side-effects for you, physical and/or psychological, positive and/or negative?
I felt a lot better, both physically and psychologically after using Rebound Reloaded™ for PCT.

8. For how long did you run Rebound Reloaded™, and at what dose?
From what I've been told, it's 2 caps per day, for approx 45 days. Unfortunately, due to my own screwup, the PCT will start with Clomid + the original RXT, then will switch to Clomid + Rebound Reloaded™ as follows:
Week1: 100mg Clomid, 25mg RXT
Week2: 100mg Clomid, 1 cap Rebound Reloaded™
Week3: 50mg Clomid, 2 caps Rebound Reloaded™
Week4: 25mg Clomid, 3 caps Rebound Reloaded™

9. What was your LBM and total weight after finishing Rebound Reloaded™?
Unchanged. 253 pounds, 22.9% BF.

10. If you are running Rebound Reloaded™ with other supplements, what else were you using?
NAC, GXR, Milk Thistle, Multi-Vitamin, Flax Seed oil, Whey Protein Isolate, Glucosamine+MSM, and Creatine (both CEE and Monohydrate).

11. Evaluate the role of Rebound Reloaded™ in achieving your results, i.e. how much do you attribute your results to Rebound Reloaded™, as opposed to your training or nutritional strategies, or other supplements?
Using Rebound Reloaded™, I experienced very good testicular recovery, and my overall health improved significantly during my trial period.

12. For the record, what is your age, and are you ecto, endo, meso or what?
41 years old, endo. I have the dreaded "apple" figure.

13. If you've also used other supplements the intention of which is to have effects similar to those of Rebound Reloaded™, how do you compare them?
Have used 6-OXO, and Rebound XT. Rebound Reloaded™ is as effective as the original Rebound XT for PCT, but does not reduce libido like the original Rebound XT. Rebound XT is a better product than 6-OXO, so Rebound Reloaded™ is the best of the three.

14. If you have had blood work done, by all means share your results here!
Blood work? Maybe at the end. I'm not going to commit to this though. About 25% of the time, I faint during blood work. If it weren't so stressful, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

15. The day-to-day details of these logs are immaterial to highlights that you notice and in-depth weekly updates. Every seventh day, please give a full summary of the week’s usage, including mood, strength, recovery, testicular recovery, sleep, energy, and how you look.
Will do!

Start Date: PCT started on 2/15/06. Rebound Reloaded™ started 2/23/06

Unfortunately, my test materials had not arrived as of yesterday afternoon, so I've switched to "Plan B." As soon as the materials arrive, I'll replace the RXT with Rebound Reloaded™

Here's Plan "B" Rev A:

Week1: 100mg Clomid, 25mg RXT
Week2: 100mg Clomid, 25mg RXT
Week3: 50mg Clomid, 50mg RXT
Week4: 25mg Clomid, 75mg RXT

Sorry guys, I hope this doesn't completely goof up the Rebound Reloaded™ testing.

-Tinytoad

As a side note, my BP and resting heart rate are still elevated from the cycle. Right now, I'm 146/83 with a resting rate of 64 bpm. My worst recorded BP while on this cycle was 160/84 @ 64 bpm.

Pre cycle, I was 130/70, with a resting rate of 55.

Nothin' much new to report.

I'm still waiting on the test materials. Were they sent UPS ground, by chance? A tracking number would be good.

This is the first really good night's sleep that I've had since December. The dreaded night sweats are over <fingers crossed>.

The blood pressure was a little better this morning: 140/83 @ 59 bpm. I know that it's going to go up and down. I'm just looking for that downward trend.

Today is leg day, maybe a shoulder day too, if I have enough time. My chest and arms are still sore from Monday's back and bi's day, and Wednesday's chest and tri's day. I'm thinking that my recovery time is increasing as all stuff is washing out of me.

Not sure how they were sent. I emailed Dave to see if he could get a status earlier on this morning. I'm just waiting for a reply right now.

Thanks for the tracking info.
It looks like I screwed up on my own address. As it is, the package was delivered to an address that should be just a couple doors down, but in fact, the address doesn't exist. I still have two more houses to check. It kind of makes you wonder how UPS can deliver a package to an address that does not exist.

I've PMed you with all the infomation I have.

Well, I spoke too soon. I'm still experiencing some mild night sweats. They're nothing like what I had a couple of weeks ago, when I would wake up in the middle of the night, with both my pillow and sheets completely soaked. I've had to sleep on a towel for the past eight weeks, because of this.

Today was back and bi's day. Although I stopped the Superdrol exactly one week ago, I'm still getting some pretty awsome bicep pumps. For comparison... Halodrol-50 gave me less results than SD but less sides as well. Superdrol seems to be pretty effective at even very low doses. This is the first time I think I've ran a cycle with SD at anything less than 40 mg per day. For the last three weeks of my cycle, I ran SD at 10 mg per day most of the time, and 20 mg per day maybe three days per week.

My vision is great, I'm feeling more energetic. I didn't notice much testicular atrophy during the cycle, but I'm just not feeling like my old self yet.

I'm hoping that the relevant part of this log will start in a couple of days.

-Tinytoad

P.S. I developed a very nasty sinus headache at noon. It went away in a couple of hours after taking Advil, and caffeine.
BP was 144/87 @ 61 bpm

Well, for clarification, I'm still on "Plan B," which is clomid + the original DS RXT.
The Rebound Reloded did not show up today. I hope it's here tomorrow.

Today was chest and tri's day. I racked the life-fitness chest press machine today, doing basically 2 reps at 250 lbs or so. I did this after 12 pushups, so I'm happy. Unfortunately, bench pressing 250 pounds on a machine is not the same as bench pressing 250 with free weights. I'm really looking forward to the day that I can bench press my own bodyweight.

I'm starting to notice some eyesight / focusing issues due to the clomid. I picked up a box of cereal at the store, and it took me a while to be able to read the label. This might be just "old age." From what I recall of my last clomid experience, I didn't notice any focusing issues until about the 3rd week.

My energy is up, I'm sleeping better, but my recovery is definitely down from what I enjoyed during my "on cycle" time. I suppose this is to be expected.

My chest and tricept pumps were down, so the SD is definitely washing out of my body. Night sweats are down, so the tren is washing out. I'm sure the 4OHT Cyp is still in me, because of it's long half-life, but I haven't been able to determine what side effects, if any, it causes. About the only thing I noticed, is that it hurts for a couple of days, after consuming it, as opposed to tren, which maybe hurts for a day, at most, after consuming it.

Over the next eight weeks, my goal will be to maintain my existing lean mass, while reducing my fat mass. As of last week, I was down to 23% BF. My goal was to get under 20%, but I'm thinking I need to change my goal, and get down to 16% or so.

Feel free to ask any questions.

I found a little box on my door step when I came home today. Switching to Plan "C"

Week1: 100mg Clomid, 25mg RXT - Done.
Week2: 100mg Clomid, 1 cap Rebound Reloaded™
Week3: 50mg Clomid, 2 caps Rebound Reloaded™
Week4: 25mg Clomid, 3 caps Rebound Reloaded™

The first dose of Rebound Reloaded™ starts tonight.

Rob, if you think I should do this differently, please let me know. The original recommendation was to run it at 2 caps per day for 45 days, then taper down towards the end.

Oh yeah... Today was just a mild cardio day. Nothing exciting. Tomorrow is leg day.
I had really weird dreams last night, but is was probably because of the movie I watched, right before bed. Other than the weird dreams, I slept pretty well. My chest is still sore from yesterday. Triceps are fine.

Right now my BP is 130/75 at 63 bpm. Which isn't bad. I'm just really looking forward to seeing those sub 60 bpm readings again.

To summarize the first week, which did not include Rebound Reloaded:
My mood and energy levels are up. My endurance is definitely up. My recovery time is up, in that I’m feeling sore for after my workouts for longer than while on cycle. I’m sleeping a lot better. As for testicular recovery, what’s the next best way to measure this besides bloodwork? I did not experience any dramatic shrinkage like I’d get from a M1T cycle.

Everything seems to be going just fine.

I had a bloody nose this morning. Most likely, it's due to my allergies, and my not taking my allergy medication. This is the time of the year when my allergies are at their worst. I took 10 mg of Zyrtec this morning, and will continue doing so for a few days. Zyrtec makes me tired. It makes it hard for me to get up in the morning, and severely impacts my endurance when I'm working out. It also gives me a very dry mouth while working out. That's why I don't take my allergy medication unless I have to.

My blood pressure was 132/85 @ 60 bpm, then 135/74 @ 54 bpm measured an hour later.

-Tinytoad

P.S. Yesterday was leg day. I cut the workout a little short, because my left knee was bothering me during my last set of hack squats. I pretty much did everything that I had planned, except for leg extensions and lunges.

Yes, I've run the inverse taper previously with the original Rebound.

I'll see what I can do about those measurements. I'll just have to get creative.

My BP was 135/78 this morning, at 63 bpm. I had a itty bitty bloody nose while showering today. I washed my face in the shower, and started noticing a "rusty" taste in my mouth. It didn't bleed very much -- more of an annoyance than anything. I took Zyrtec last night, and really don't want to take it again. It was so tough to get up this morning.

I did DB shoulder press and lunges on Saturday. I was pretty gassed after the second set of lunges. Gawd! I hate having to take allergy medication.

I'm looking for a quantitive measurement of "libido." From what I've read in previous research, it's a function of erection frequency and copulation frequency. Believe it or not, I actually have to make "appointments" with my wife. Sex just ain't all that spontaneous like it was when I was still in my 20's. We both work 40+ hours per week, we're both very tired when we get home. If we don't make appointments with each other for the weekend, it just doesn't happen.
Measuring WV seems pretty straight forward. I really hate condoms though. It might as well be a sock.

Ok, cool. So long as you know that such a protocol works for you and has in the past, re-execute the strategy with the reloaded.
