I don't think I'd recommend it since the Q3/Q4 analogues have the potential to enhance the effects of stimulants and SSRIs like Effexor are strongly contraindicated in conjunction with MAO-Is.

Well, as I understand it, it is the quercetin (found in GXR) in grape fruit juice that affects the enzymes.Originally Posted by prld2gr8ns

Are you saying the Q3/Q4 are MAOI's?Originally Posted by uhockey

I'd like Dr.D's opinion as well.

I have been taking GXR along with Zoloft and had no complications. I haven't taken the two together but I have taken one within an hour of the other and seen no differences.

AHAAAA, I see what your talking about now. You learn something new everyday on this board. But like I said, one of my friends has taken it with zoloft ( not sure of the dosage or time seperation), and has had no complaints. However, I would always heed the advice of the ones who market the product.Originally Posted by Snake_Plisken

If you go read the new GXR write-up and scroll to the sections specically on Quercetin and Q3/Q4 and also GXR and stimulant potentiation, it'll become a lot clearer:
