| Registered User | hey j_neatherlin, too bad you're not moving to new orleans, but back on topic... you should consider taking 2x2x2x2, there was a thread about people noticing better results when doing more doses, rather than larger doses; i know it worked better for me that way. |

| Registered User | 1st dose: 2 caps @ 8:30 AM 2nd dose: 2 caps @ 11:15 AM 3rd dose: 2 caps @ 4:00 PM 4th dose: Will take 2 caps around 11:00 PM Cardio 20 min HIIT @ stairstepper, 40 sec intervals, level 5/level 11 Did some abs and finished with 20 min walk treadmill @ 5.5% incline Comments Nothing special yet. No lethargy or cramping. Didn't really notice an increase in body temp but worked up a heavier than usual sweat while doing HIIT on the stairstepper. I also sweat like a pig while out today, but again, it's so hot here, I can't really attribute it to the MP. |

| Registered User | I'm tryin, D 1st dose: 2 caps @ 8:45 AM 2nd dose: 2 caps @ 12:00 PM 3rd dose: 2 caps @ approx. 5:00 PM 4th dose: 2 caps @ approx. 11:00 PM Legs 5 min warm up treadmill @ 3% incline IBUR 15 min 1% incline, 4.5 mph/7.5 mph
Total lifting time: 30 min Comments I haven't yet been affected by lethargy or cramping, so I'm very happy about that. Cardio endurance/performance doesn't seem to be impaired, and neither does strength. Last night, I started to feel increased body temperature. I noticed that the skin around my abdomen, obliques, and low back was very warm. The skin on the rest of my body was a bit warmer than normal, but not as warm as the other areas (which were dramatically warmer than usual). A possible side effect that I experienced last night would be the increase in appetite. I had an unscheduled cheat meal, last night...didn't go too crazy, but it was a cheat none the less. |

| Gold Member | thanks, I over looked that. Looks like a good program. I'm definatly going to alternate IBUR with my HIIT program. |

| Registered User | I like IBUR...it's nice, b/c it's easy to manipulate a variable (speed/incline) if done on a treadmill. I've been using that program on and off for about 1.5 years now. 1st dose: 2 caps @ 8:30 AM 2nd dose: 2 caps @ 12:15 PM 3rd dose: 2 caps @ approx. 5:00 PM 4th dose: 2 caps @ approx. 11:00 PM Delts/Traps 15 min recumbent bike
Total lifting time: 30 min Comments Still no sides...which I'm very happy about. The increased skin temp on the abdomen wasn't as noticeable today. Appetite was fine last night...started craving some peanut butter around noon, but didn't eat any. Other than that cheat meal the other night, I've been doing really well as far as sticking to my diet is concerned. Checked my bodyweight this morning, just to see...down to 186 (-3 pounds). Considering that most MP users are experiencing water retention, there's a fair chance that the 3 pound loss is all fat. okay, not really. but it's nice to hope ![]() |

Increasing my water in-take may have helped alleviate the cramping in my legs. I had a cardio day yesterday, and that went well, so I hope that continues. I'll take a bf% and weigh-in and the end of week 2 to see how things are going. | |

| Registered User | awesome Stuntdawg. Glad to hear that the lethargy and cramping have lessened. I hope I continue to not experience them. 1st dose: 2 caps @ 8:30 AM 2nd dose: 2 caps @ 11:15 AM 3rd dose: 2 caps @ approx. 5:00 PM 4th dose: 2 caps @ approx. 11:00 PM Arms 15 min recumbent bike
15 min IBUR, 1% incline, 4.5 mph/7.5 mph (went up to 8.0 mph on final interval). Total lifting time: 25 min Comments Everything's going great so far. The increase body temp came back last night, but other than that, not a whole lot going on. I had a bit of a headache this morning, but that could just be some caffeine withdrawls. Feeling fine now. |

Honestly, it's not really an "ache," but more of just a weird feeling that isn't normally there. I am pretty sure that I'm also retaining water at this point. I think I have been for a while, but I just wasn't sure...but I am pretty sure about it now. |

Total lifting time: 25 min Comments Woke up with another headache today...this time a bit more considerable than the previous two. Also had some suboccipital tension/tightness (at the base of the skull)...which may be what caused the headache, or could have been a result of the headache. Week One Summary Weighed in today at 185...down 4 pounds from when I started a week ago. The only definite side effect that I've experienced so far is water retention. As I mentioned at the outset of this log, I weaned myself off of MAN Scorch during the first week...and the headaches (a common caffeine withdrawl symptom) started once I came off of the Scorch. So, maybe the headaches are from the MP or maybe not. I can't say for sure yet. Haven't experienced any lethargy, cramping, or decreased endurance/performance in aerobic or anaerobic activity. I have noticed increased body temperature, but honestly, that is not really a side effect. |
